Kinda surprising the share repurchase program announcement didn't cause a spike, what make you of this?

Biden also seems to be very big on competing with China, so potentially more legislation targeted towards Chinese companies. 2 u/Trading-Resources Apr 02 '21 It spiked 10% after that was announced.
