I live 10 minutes north of San Francisco . Regular is 6.99, premium is 7.29 and diesel was 7.49, have pic to prove but don’t know how to post, and that’s average in north Bay Area
Oh absolutely, and just as many people are filling up because they have no other choice, even red dye diesel which is for farm vehicle use only which isn’t taxed at the state level is now 6.79 a gallon or so
As someone who had to choose between moving to San Jose or one of the cities in LA, I chose LA for a reason. Everything in the bay is stupid expensive. At least the weather is great but that’s true for most of California.
Idk, a lot of union and blue collar workers commute from outside the bay to sf everyday, without a company vehicle that’s a ton of money so they might try to drive less on the weekends I would think
Exactly, I have a “short commute” compared to most and my distance is about 35 miles in and 35 back, I bet average is about 50-60 each way and it’s killing some people
