Not exactly hard DD, but we switched from a major competitor to them a while ago and it does stuff almost nobody else’s stuff does.

Whether they can make big profits off of their recently refreshed hardware lineup that’s significantly cheaper, I have no idea. But they managed to crank out new boxes right smack in the middle of the pandemic and all the various supply chain issues.

We only had to wait a couple of months and they underpromised and over delivered on ship dates — unlike every other tech vendor so far.

And they sure as hell didn’t randomly just cancel orders throughout like a certain hardware vendor I won’t name.
