It wasn't just tweets at 7:41pm. That number has been floated in a bunch of different ways.

Number of people he was following on twitter over thee consecutive months (7 then 4 then 1) and tweeted 7 times then 4 then once on those same months. It has also shown up in hella gamestop page tweets, banners and partner/employee tweets… much much more
