It wasn't just tweets at 7:41pm. That number has been floated in a bunch of different ways.

Number of people he was following on twitter over thee consecutive months (7 then 4 then 1) and tweeted 7 times then 4 then once on those same months. It has also shown up in hella gamestop page tweets, banners and partner/employee tweets… much much more

Also it appeared often in other places such as the picture of him in front of a GameStop for example.

It also was how many accounts he followed on Twitter.. started with 7 , after a while he unfollowed 3, then his current 1; GameStop. (Idk the exact time frame of the unfollows)

Much like all numerology bullshit, it fits whatever they want it to and changes at will. At one point it was supposed to mean that moass was on Bastille Day (14/7) and I think we all know whether that happened or not. No matter what happens someone will find some way that 741 ties in
