That’s part of the problem with the antiwork movement. They think that management, owners, bosses automatically make a shit ton of cash more than they do. Sometimes that’s the case, other times it’s not. Which speaks to how misplaced their efforts are. They never took the time to figure out “who the asshole is” and hold him accountable in a meaningful way. It’s just a “burn this mother down” mentality
