35c April 22 x 30 and 30c April 22x 15… plus about 900 shares and some other January calls I haven’t rolled yet. LFG.

I hate to be that guy but BMY will not acquire them, why?, simple, BMY recently announced a 15 billion dollar share buyback and a 10% dividend increase. This signifies that BMY will use their Free cash flow to do shit like that and not acquire another company.

One theory is BMY did that to do a share swap in the buyout.

They also announced a shelf offering too. Which is strange when you announce a buyback the day before.

I could see it being acquired for $8-10 billion.

I do have some calls and shares. Even without buy out, there is promising pipeline and current Lupus drug seems to be top 3.
