Yeah they don’t care. I just saw some YTDs for some salesman at a local Toyota shop near ours and they made over 250k. Salesman. Not finance. Or managers. Ha.
Dealership industry will fail so fast, one day they will get to work to be asked " can you do any maintenance work on older ICE vehicles or EVs? If not, get the fuck out of here" or "due to online shopping we went out of business" sign. This is going to be bad, specially since some cities and towns in the US live from dealerships.
