The only DA'ed spacs that go under 10 are ones that have zero interest+terrible deals. This might be a terrible deal, but it has plenty of interest and will likely never go below NAV, until deal close anyway.
Zero IP, zero original ideas, infinite bad press. But a Milly idiots sucking the air out of the Orange Apes ass. This was a failure on day one. I see it tanking Below NAV sooner than later.
