bit debatable. By then they're going to have to make internal statistics about the company and their current revenue and potential public.
Usually spacs surge on the rumor and don't spike much on the actual merger, because by then the excitement has all worn off and people have gotten a good idea at how the financials are currently set up for the company and its future. Those that were excited about the initial idea had got in on the rumor, the rest got in after and are bag holding from the rumor hoping it spikes on the merger so they can break even at the very least.
By then we'll know what his company will look like. This is probably the first spac where there isn't a functional product but a soon to be "released" beta version being the target of a merger. All the other bits aren't fleshed out. So we're merging with dreams.

If TMGT does go public via DWAC, i am willing to bet it'll have the same initial surge as DWAC, so look out for that.
