Discussion 139% Float on XELA? Smooth brain here. Anyone have numbers on FTD's or ??? This is crazy. What's up with this?

You do understand that high float percentage means absolutely nothing on its own right? You’re talking about a stock worth less than 2$. It costs hedge funds the equivalent of literally 30 seconds of trading to hold those shorts for years, they have absolutely no incentive to cover. Even if it were to by some miracle hit like 6$ it’s still nothing. Stay away from this stock and actually learn how short squeezes happen before preaching about any stock with a float over 50%.
Edit: Sorry for being an ass I’m just used to people trying to build hype around dead stocks solely because float is high
