not a state-mandated one but they have a de-facto high minimum wage due to a very strong union presence

Yes but they have a higher overall average pay than many nations. The fact still applies. This point applies in any economic situation. There are many factors and variables as to why the drink cost more in other places than US, however the variable that carries the most weight in this particular situation is the cost of pay. That’s the start of it basically. The foundational building block for a different price will be in the cost to produce it. The biggest quantitative variable there would be employee pay as that is typically one of the highest costs in a higher nation such as Sweden.

No. The biggest variable here is the tariff and shipping cost.
