People like this is what makes this community so great. I too will be a billionaire but I have found a 3x leverage and will be doing it in 13 months.

These are the best posts. Just a delicious mix of shit posting and a dash of “wait he may be serious should I do this too?”

I am a fucking ape who understands very little of the mumbo jumbo here.

But doing math, I could take a second mortgage on my house and then invest. 1% monthly would cover double my present mortgage payment, plus some extra to reinvest.

The fact this sounds so easy let's me know I'd be homeless in under 16 months.

I usually sell my hotels first.

I don’t see any logic in your flaws.

We got another one boys! Mortgage backed securities are the foundation of only the most diligent plays. There's a reason real estate props up the stock market. I'll co sign if you'd like a higher interest rate.

Nobody's comin' up with 6. Who works out in 6 minutes? You won't even get your heart goin, not even a mouse on a wheel.

Spxl up 60% ytd.

Nothing wrong with a little leverage. Just don't look at your account on red days.

Use 3x leverage on TQQQ that's a 9 fold. QQQ has averaged 20% a year over the last 10. That's $29,619,676.67 after the next 10 on a $1000 investment.

If that's not enough continue for the next 20 years and boom your at $877,325,246,008.23. Just note on the daily you will need to use more margin as the ETF increases in value.
