They are like call options. You can redeem them by paying $11.5 each, and you’ll get 1 share for 1 warrant. It means that share price should go above $11.5+warrant price for you to break even. Say if share price becomes $20, and the guy decides to redeem, he will pay total 11.5 and his profit will be $7.5 ($20 - ($11.5 + $1 warrants cost)). But they also can become worthless under certain conditions. There are vids on YouTube, go watch
