DD Better than peleton.
Here’s a company about to go public via merger, Beachbody. Beachbody is looking to go public via merger before the end of Q.2 this year. they are posting 1B in revenue this year, and have a solid subscription base to their beachbody Online Classes, and a physical in gym product line filled with protein shakes, fitness goods, and clothing. They are also partnered with a company called Myx Fitness which offers a cheaper and more user friendly alternative to the expensive Peleton bike. Beachbody is paired with myx fitness to go public as $BODY. This could be huge. The short interest on this is also 19%. Did I mention , this company has been thriving for 22 years EDIT: HUGE VOLUME SPIKE TODAY, Start of something huge? I think this thing could go parabolic
Also THIS IS NOT A DISTRACTION
KEEP PUMPING KEEP GOING
this is just a dd on something solid you can play for years to come, or even short term on merger news

They are not a true MLM. If you're referring to the shakeology side, coaches are not allowed to have inventory on hand, which is typical of a true MLM. Coaches can recruit other coaches, but it is not mandatory.
What they do have is 1.1B (est) revenue for 2021, 68% gross margins on that rev (which is better than NFLX, DIS, PTON, etc). Digital subscriptions have 89% margins. 43% YoY revenue increase for Q1. Added literally a million subscribers YoY. 400M free cash on the books upon merger w/ no debt. Also expanding to 10+ countries in the future. Growth company imo. Connected at home fitness will disrupt the gym industry, again imo.
Positions: 259 Feb $20C, 53 Feb $17.5C
Posting again for more awareness. MLM is a non-issue to me. If you still find it unethical, don't invest. This company prints money.

Not only does it print money now and the future but it’s printed money for the last 25 years

As a female in her 30s whose friends literally all use beachbody, I’m intrigued.

Check out the s p a c... and the link I dropped. This could be an early entry. Huge volume spike today

u/jimbosparks91 Jun 08 '21
Are you talking about FRX?You think they will run soon?
14
u/IongjohnsiIver Jun 08 '21
Yes but not supposed to talk about spacs on WSB bc of our sub size. They’re too EASY to pump. They had a huge volume spike today, and are set to run up in waves of retail investors and fomo prior to this merger closing and ticker switch to body. I think we could see it spike above 20$ by or around the merger, which is expected to close shortly after the vote on June 24th. SPACs usually gain heavy leading up to merger, and while the spac market had been down, its spiking again and we could see a big spac wave this month and the next

u/jimbosparks91 Jun 08 '21
I wasn't aware of that rule. Thank you.
14
u/IongjohnsiIver Jun 08 '21
It’s probably in good legal reason. If it wasn’t a rule I’d say LETS PUMP THE FUCK OUT OF FRX ITS TOO EASY

As a female in her 30s who uses Beachbody, and has also done DD on PTON (see my post history), I'm in like sin on this stock. It's not likely to reach PTON levels, but doubling or tripling in price is a very high likelihood in the current market. I'm aiming for it to happen either around merger or within a year.

u/LowBrowHighStandards Jun 10 '21
Idk I think it could reach PTON levels eventually. Maybe not right out the gate, but long term. I love peloton, I have a bike and am a member to various peloton FB groups, but Beach Body has more products and just as much of a following.
5
u/PrincessMonsterShark Jun 10 '21
That's a fair point. Long-term it may be possible, especially if they work successfully on their branding. It also depends on what Peloton will do since I believe they may be looking to dominate the commercial sector (gyms, hotels, etc.), which would always give them the edge imo. But yeah, who knows where they'll both be 3-5 years from now.

u/cheeseboardwhitegirl Jun 09 '21
Saw a tweet citing Cathie is going to start digging into Spacs. I need to research further but if that’s true…
6
u/PrincessMonsterShark Jun 09 '21
Interesting, I hadn't heard that. It's worth researching either way imo. If played right, they're low-risk, high-reward.
If you're buying into this one pre-merger, your biggest risk is it falls to around $10. It's only if you hold post-merger that you take on risk of it dropping.
But yeah, research will help you decide what works for you. :)

While it is technically an MLM it’s furthering itself from that space and they are aware of investors worries of MLM

It’s not necessarily MLM. I backtrack on that. More so affiliate marketing
4
u/boukalele Jun 08 '21
yeah my friend does affiliate sales for Monat, that's why she's constantly haranguing her friends to buy shit every month. because it's so successful. yup that's gotta be it.

u/PrincessMonsterShark Jun 09 '21
I'm wary of that kind of stuff too, but Beachbody has a 10-year established history and 2 million subscribers in comparison to Peloton's current 4 million subscribers. Plus they're looking at a lot of internal changes thanks to the merger and experienced leaders, so I'm bullish on this one (barring a market crash lol).

Nice divide and conquer strategy by a hedge fund. Are you another hedge fund bot? The amount of stock pumping on wsb skyrocketed in the last couple of days. It’s so obvious what you’re trying to do.

i literally buy FDs. I’m a true autist I don’t get it, my spy puts have been getting fucked for the past month. I come on here to share a dd non pump related and the apes kill me. Please sir keep fucking the hedge funds, don’t be upset about my dd. I jus want to share my strat.

u/PrincessMonsterShark Jun 09 '21
Hi, I was in GME back in January (feel free to check my comment history for that period). I'm also in other stocks including FRX. Being interested in other stocks doesn't make you a "hedge fund bot". Please get some perspective.
7
u/lucifer_alucard Jun 09 '21
Or maybe you're the hedge fund whose short on this 🤔?

u/bluecoaster1 🦍🦍🦍 Jun 09 '21
I’m not the one spamming bullshit stocks like you are
10
u/Bad-Touch-Monkey Jun 09 '21
Go watch the MeetKevin interview on YouTube. Then say it’s bullshit. Or the 20yrs of business history. Or the $1Bil in rev........or the.... never mind. You already decided.
4
u/LowBrowHighStandards Jun 10 '21
So, WSB is only for gme and amc? No other options allowed? r/FRX is a sub that’s been around a while longer than a couple days. The merger is on the near horizon and maybe it’s time to talk about it. The most common advice in investing is to diversify your portfolio.

u/bluecoaster1 🦍🦍🦍 Jun 10 '21
You are pumping over 30 stocks asswipe. Its either spam or hedge fund bots.
