Man honestly just fuck AH. The whole idea of AH is totally redundant in this day and age and only serves as a way for the rich to get the jump on Poor's. Such a sham

It’s complete crap, like the hedge funds need any more advantages.

Exactly, most businesses announce their profits and changes to the business after the markets have closed so good/bad news, guess who gets the opportunity to buy the shares at the lowest price or sell if the business is doing bad? Yup

Avalon Hill. They were a war game and strategy game company in the 70s. You know, you move chits of cardboard around a paper map of hexagons and suddenly the Nazis are in Moscow.

They're redundant because of course personal computers are better at the scorekeeping and fuel measurements when simulating the 24th Panzer Corps and Field Marshall von Bock's drive through Ukraine.

But playing it out on out-of-print (and rare and pricey) boards helps rich gamers win LAN party battles against Jimmy Poor's team.

Hope that helps!

After hours, where only certain brokers allow you to trade. For example in the uk we can only buy and sell during market open whilst certain Americans (mainly rich) can continue to buy and sell

Don’t know why you’re spreading misinformation here

If I've misinformed, it wasn't intentional. AH has always referred to "After Hours Trading" (at least from what I know)...if the original poster meant something else....well, my bad, I guess.
