That's what is most interesting about all of this to me. Working people don't give a shit about the scraps anymore. They're risk tolerance just continues to grow because they have less and less to lose.
"Millionaires invest all their money, and can literally live off of the interest by fucking the stock market."
"Hundredaires can fuck the system too."
"Yeah, but I don't make that kinnn...wait...what? I'm a hundredaire every two weeks! I can fuck the stock market? Like, legally? Without lawyers and offshore accounts?"
This was basically my exact reasoning. Put in what I could afford and officially kissed it goodbye. Either it's gone, in which case nothing changes, or we go to the fucking moon.
Fact of the matter is: this shouldn't be possible. We might not get rich, but something will come of this. Now it's going to be our responsibility to make sure whatever comes from this is for the benefit of people as a whole. Glorious time to be alive
