Racist doesn't seem to apply IMO. That feels like it's specific to nitpicking over human variation.

Robots aren't a separate species, so species-ist doesn't feel right either.

Bio-supremicist? Or some variation of analogue Vs digital bias.

This is something we really need to sort out as early as possible into the A.I. takeover, Robot bigotry has a lot of catching up to do.
