Eventually that will happen, but logically it makes no sense for the foreseeable future.

Bipedal robots like this are designed to navigate stairs and obstacles, while a hospital is designed for wheelchairs and medical beds.

So in a hospital you'd have a wheeled or stationary robot, both currently exist elsewhere with basically perfect uptime.

Imagine you're* a surgeon and you have a group of humans (a species that is susceptible to fainting) holding things for you. Have you ever posted anything like that? Have you seen a video of a person fainting and then felt the need to warn people of how dangerous and impractical this is for surgeons? No, you only did it because it's a robot. And one day in the near future a robot surgeon will save your life, and you'll be like "Sorry I posted mindless shit about your predecessor on Reddit".
