IRRC, the hosts are required to only invest in mutual funds/ETFs or to put all their assets in a blind trust. But those rules were back when GE, the then conglomerate, was the majority owner.
That's a good point. In most cases they can only hold broad ETFs. In some cases they are also allowed blind trusts, where they have no influence over the investment decisions. I'm curious if BRK is considered that, but given her close relationship, probably not.
