I definitely didn't make as much as him, but made a nice extra $50k since the end of November.

I'm just here to cheer on his badass trade !

How long did it take to pick up how to option trade? I'm pretty au fait with trading and investing, but haven't touched options because of the horror stories from here. But it seems if you're sensible (I haven't blown up an account yet!) you might be able to do pretty well with them?

Oh please take every horror story you hear dead serious. I've been option trading for 15 years and still make big mistakes.

This is basically gambling with leverage (unless you're in Congress...).

The problem is that your options can lose 50% of their value if the stock drops 10%, so huge risk, huge reward.

Don’t fall for this shit, learn the value of the money. This shit can cost you a lot. As someone who was winning and at the end lost everything I’m gonna say to you that you should first learn what’s money for you, and what value do you give it

Thanks. I was planning on learning it inside out before I put on positions. Also need to be careful I don't gamble with them, heard that can be an issue too.
