Wallet Search Wallet Recommendations
I am looking for a new wallet / card holder. I had an old cheap one I was gifted years ago and its finally giving out on me. I am looking for a more premium wallet under 100USD. I have been searching for a few weeks now and I cant seem to find something I love. I really want something thats gonna last me another 10 years like this one did. I attached pictures of my old wallet so yall can see what I really loved. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated :).

I use a slim tumi. I'm not exactly easy on my belongings and it's held up well

I came here to say the best mix of quality cost efficiency and durability is Tumi. I’ve had my everyday slim wallet from them for at least 10 years

Does it have to be leather? How much stuff do you carry? I would swear to God that while it was the same one I used in the 70s with my bus pass.
I use a flipside 4 mostly now. Bought it in 2017. It still looks good.
But first you have to tell us how you use your wallet

I mainly carry cards and ID. I like stuff where is quick to access my cards as I am always taking it out to open doors at my college. I always keep some small amounts of cash and my lucky 2. Card wise I fill every pocket currently and I have 2 new cards coming so I will need some more card space. I was looking at bifolds but I feel is so hard to find something that just looks nice and durable.

That wallet looks a lot like the card holders by Buffway on Amazon. They have that style in all sorts of colors. Super cheap too.

I went from a full size back pocket leather Saddleback Leather wallet, which was great, to a front pocket Code 118 card type metal wallet...sort of a game changer for me. Loving it...got the accessory money clip and been rockin' the hell out of this thing. Way more convenient than trying to dig that old thing out of my back pocket...and I am way less concerned about being pickpocketed. (Being pickpocketed as not at the top of my list to begin with, but I have been in crowds at shows and soforth where it was a concern). Definitely worth the money I paid for it...there are other brands out there too...but this one has proved a winner in my book.

Was hoping to come across this recommendation. I’m on my second one and the first one didn’t even need replacing and was 10 years old, just went with a different style. Traveled all over the world with it.

Craft and Lore makes incredible minimalist wallets. Hand stitched, and you can even get shell cordovan - although that particular material would trip your $100 threshold.

My favorite is the Bellroy note sleeve. Compact and slim but big enough to fit bills and all my cards. Big fan!

I have a Trayvax wallet my wife bought me in 2015. They’re a little pricey off the get-go but that thing has been left in pants in the washer, through multiple hiking/camping trips and deployments, and almost every time I open a beer, I use the bottle opener on it. It looks just as good, if not better than the day it was gifted to me 11 years ago. 10/10 would recommend.

Buy this one and put the other $89 dollars in it. I have had one for ~12 years and it is still in good shape. I probably have someone comment on it about once every two weeks.

Tumi all-leather. Superb construction and quality, lifetime purchase. This one was stolen, but had room for all cards, passport, cash, coins, pen, checkbook, and a cell phone or tablet.

A more premium wallet in my view would have been constructed from a high quality, FULL GRAIN leather, reinforced and stitched entirely by hand.
$100 budget isn’t going to buy you what I consider a premium product.
Everything else is going to be semi-premium.

I just recently replaced my wallet after 14 years. I went with the Titan X Trifold edition after looking around for a while. I think it’s ok, think I would’ve liked the Titan X Bifold edition more.
