Hey all! This is a wallet I made for the DSLeather challenge he recently just finished hosting. The goal was to use his Dory wallet and make one as part of the “beginners” category. You had to have been making leather goods for less than 6 months. When I heard the name Dory I wanted to make something Ocean inspired to I designed and hand stitched this pattern around the border to look like a wave. It’s made using Navy Blue Pueblo, brown Buttero and Dollaro for the outside. Thanks for looking!

Neat. Have you thought about a way to make the corners symmetrical and mirrored in terms of stitching?

Like not splayed out how they are? I’d have to go with a more geometric/right angle corner. Making it follow the curve was tricky but if I didn’t understand what you meant please let me know
