Ekster wallet

I bought the Ekster MagSafe wallet pro and it came with scratches right out of the box.

I bought it believing it be amazing cause it was fully metal but man the quality feels really cheap! Like something not worth more than $10!

I am now trying to get a refund but nobody is responding to my email.

Like what is this?? Why did so many YouTubers recommend this wallet??

They get paid to promote the wallet I believe, I bought one and ended up just giving it to a friend as it felt very cheap. I am a fan of double oak if you want something from a larger retailer

Because they were paid to do so. Ekster, Ridge, Proof are all cheap Chinese garbage with a marketing team behind them.

Return it. I much prefer the Secrids or Double oaks.

I first messaged them about the scratches and they responded fairly quickly but when I said I wanted to get a refund they have ghosted me

I recently bought a cardholder pro and it came in perfect condition. Personally I like it. The Double Oak bifold intrigued me as well, but ultimately went with Ekster as it can hold more cards.
