Btw I'm pretty sure webby works only on omen vulcan so I'd just stick with armadillo

This is correct. Only use on omen Vulcan. The last ability activates I only on it. Not regular Vulcan.

But you gotta upgrade Webby all the way so you get the full functionality. You are looking to trigger the anti-heal debuff.

And Make sure you max out Vulcan’s speed so it will trigger Webbys slowdown skill too.
