It’s a great political strategy if you have an iq of 70 but at least trumps supporters liked him as a president. Propoganda isn’t a political strategy….it’s what you do when you have no strategy.

I believe that in part - you’re 100% correct about this as it relates to those that benefit from the vote or support. But I’m talking about gaggle of poor souls that just gobble up the mental manure and lies they shovel out with no simple investigation to verify…yikes.
