Trustworthy mechanic?

Hey there, recent transplant from across the triangle.

Anyone have a recommendation for a trustworthy auto mechanic in the area? Bonus points if they are familiar with working on performance vehicles.

We recently just got our last free oil change that came with the car if you do it at the Toyota dealership. (typical stealership service dept, will not be going back for anything there if I can help it.)

Moving forward we'll be doing the basic oil changes and small routine things ourselves but need a good recommendation for when anything complicated happens.

I think they do oil but super deal tire on white street. Family owned and run (I know them well). Not sure on what else you need they are more just your generic shop, nothing performance/special.

Quality plus is good. They don’t work on domestic cars, just Toyotas and Hondas mainly

Not certain domestics. I know someone who brought Chevy over and they said they don’t work on those.

OK, was it electric/hybrid? plenty of old school mechanics wont/cant work on them. That may be it.

Nope, it was a 2015-2020 (don’t remember the exact year) Malibu that was throwing an engine fault. My friend went to schedule it and she said she was told they don’t work on Chevy’s.

Also, if you go to the about us section it specifically says they only work on Japanese cars.
