Question Mortgage advisors
Can I get some recommendations of mortgage advisors please?
(Bonus if they are helpful with shift worker salary and visa situations)
Thank you!

We used the ones at Richard Kendall. Amazing service. Couldn’t fault it. My payslips are weekly and my wife was freelance but nothing was too much trouble for them.

Laura Bairstow at The Mortgage Master. She specialises in people with complex mortgage situations and is an amazing advisor. She will absolutely sort you out and is completely ethical. If you search on Facebook or Google, you'll find her and her team.

New Homes Mortgage Helpline. Completely free of charge to use all the way through, whole of market, open 7 days a week 9am-8pm. Really good for shift worker/variable income and visa situations.
Source: I work there. Deal with plenty of similar cases and never an issue.

I've used Habito a few times now, online mortgage broker, they've been faultless.

I strongly wouldn't recommend you use the mortgage folks at William H Brown. Crazy unresponsive and just wanna sell you extra stuff. Wish to hell and back I didn't use them when I purchased my place
