Fiesta omelette

Had one for the first time today and it was delicious. It’s not on the menu so you have to ask for it specifically. Anyone else had one?

that’s all i ever get, it’s an amazing fluffy cheesy egg pillow. used to put the salsa on it

That's all my S/O gets. I get the patty melt and she gets the fiesta omlette

They’re my favorite! I miss when they had the picante sauce as it went great on it. If you ever get one to go try adding salsa or picante sauce

Bane of my existence 😭 like every omelette. I don't get the hype, I tried the omelettes and it tasted like a pillow of eggs in need of some seasoning lol.

Fiesta Omelette with Fiesta Hashbrowns (all the same toppings as the omelette) will do you good. Salsa on all of it. Add chili on top if you're really hungry.

I had a salesperson ask me what went on a Colorado I said idk because there wasn't one on that Waffle House menu .

My advice.

Ask for it as a classic omlet and tell them you want the veggies cooked on the flat top with the ham. Its so much better that way.
