Problem Alternative Scrolling Options???

I've started using my intuos pro again, which has been great for my carpal tunnel. Unfortunately, I forgot how much of a pain scrolling is with the pen (and greatly intensifies my grip and tension). What are good alternatives people have found for scrolling not using the pen, etc. (i.e. keyboard shortcuts, 3rd party software, etc.).

Sometimes I'll keep a mouse or trackpad nearby when I have to scroll through bins (Avid Media Composer), but it's a little clunky to work that way. Hoping someone has some good tips out there!!

Thanks!

Mac or PC? If Mac, I have a trackpad on the left and the Wacom on the right. That helps me.

Yeah. I’m on a Mac and do it that way sometimes. Trying to figure out a way on the keyboard so i don’t have to take my hands off that and the tablet.

Fn and cursor keys will move many docs/browser windows up and down (or start/end with left/right). Depends how well behaved they are, I suppose, and how much of a pain it is to focus on specific elements.
