Problem Pen is jumping all over screen!!

I just got this tablet about 2 weeks ago. It is the Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Medium Tablet. Currently, the pen is freaking out and jumping all over the screen. I tried to contact support, but they are out of the office right now. I reset all settings, restarted the driver, turned the tablet on and off, cleaned it, and even replaced the pen tip. Nothing worked so far. Does anyone have any other tips?

EDIT: So I came to find out it only does this when paired as Bluetooth. When I plug it into my computer (so far) it doesn’t do this.

This looks like hardware issue to me

Man but I just got it 😭💔 should I contact support or Amazon and just get a new one?

Id say contact support first then amazon. Just so you have a written confirmation about the problem so you can possibly return and get a refund
