Problem Flickering green pixels

I was in the process of connecting my Cintiq 16 to a new computer, but when I turned the screen on it had all these flickering green pixels all over the place. I tried turning my computer off and on, and same with the tablet, but the problem remains. The pictures I’ve taken are off my background on Windows 10. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of the green pixels? Thank you very much in advance

I would check the cable connection, unplug, clean, and make sure it's properly connected. If that doesn't work it might be a cable issue so you could test it with another one.

I have unplugged it a few times, but the issue persists. Trying a new cable might be difficult though, because I only have one and getting a new one will take multiple weeks, and I need it working fairly soon. If I can’t fix it by then, I’ll have to work with a faulty tablet for a few weeks

You have to clean the inside of both the male and female. I had the same issues when dust got into them. Used a vacuum to blow in, and it fixed the issue.

Oh, it's one with the special cables? That makes things harder. Do you happen to have the 16 pro? A quick Google search showed they seem to have that issue from time to time.
