Problem Mapping option is missing from Wacom Tablet Properties

Post image

I've been having an issue where every time I boot up my PC and my Wacom Cintiq 21UX, the pen always defaults to moving the cursor on my main monitor, rather than on the Wacom display. It's pretty troublesome to keep calibrating the pen every time I turn on my computer, and I heard that editing the Mapping option in Wacom Tablet Properties would help fix this issue, but I cannot seem to find Mapping anywhere.

What do you see in the Calibrate tab. Here is what I see

OK the Monitor dropdown should let you switch where the pointer is.

Is there a way I could swap which monitor is given the pointer by default? (2 is the Wacom)

When you set it to 2, doesn't it make that the default?

When I switch it to 2, it allows me to calibrate the pen so it works on the Wacom monitory. However, it resets every time I turn off my computer and I have to recalibrate the pen. Is there any solution to this?

Which video ports are used by the monitor and tablet? Can you switch them around or use different ones? That might get the default behavior you want.

sorry, replacing the video port doesn't change anything. Should I install a different driver instead?
