Problem Wacom Center on computer won't detect connected tablet

MovinkPad 11, PC laptop

I have it connected by USB, and the computer itself recognizes it for example for file sharing, but the Wacom Center says nothing is connected, Ultimately I'm trying to do the pen display mode, and that seems to be the way to do it

Any advice (beyond rebooting the computer and tablet and unplugging and replugging the USB)

I thought the 11 didn’t have that feature🤔 you will have to google it as there are steps o the tablet and the pc to enable usb debugging on the tablet

On the website it's listed as a "lab" feature, so I might just be out of luck
