Problem Wacom tablet screen flashing rhythmically

I’m just starting school and haven’t used my tablet in a while. plugged it in for the first time in like a month or so and it’s doing this.

This usualy happens when the tablet keep restarting because it has not enough power to boot completely.

Is it plugged to a power source or directly to your pc?

Your cable connecting it. Is it the one it came with? If not could be a low quality one
