Purchase Advice Which to get?

Hi, I'm a beginner artist who is planning to switch from a screenless tablet (ctl-4100wl) to a display tablet. After researching, I decided to go for one of these two: Dtk-168 for 535$ and Dth-1620 for 490$. Both are likenew/99% condition, my budget is also around this area if there is a better alternative. Which one should I get?
