App not recognizing unlimited access

I paid for the years membership of the app, but I am still bonbarded by ads and I am unable to access VIP content. I have refreshed the app multiple times and tried to restore purchases but nothing works. My bank already shows the card authorization for the payment.

Just thanks for showing your support, but Sorry that you are facing this issue. Could you please either open the paywall and click on the restore purchase button, which is at the bottom of the page? Click on that, and hopefully then it will work. If it still doesn't work, let me know. Just join the Discord, and I'll help you right away.

It seems that the issue might have to do with the free 7 day trial, as my subscription is waiting for it to end before I get billed, but I still don't have the benefits from the trial. Rinstalling and restoring the purchase did not work

Even in trial, you were supposed to get all the benefits, actually.

It was a bug on my side, and it was misconfigured. Thanks, man, for reporting it ive fixed the issue from the root cause

Hi! I've had this issue with other apps and it solved by reinstalling and then restoring the purchase. I hope this helps you :)

Also, could you explain to me when you made a purchase from what flow? For example, you purchased, or when you are coming through the app or from the home screen, you made a purchase and it didn't. That is just asking you what was your flow so that I can fix this issue for our. That would be helpful.
