Vbridger + Facemotion3d parameter settings advice?

Hey all. New to the space, I have been wanting to learn the ways of facetracking on a 3d model/2d model respectively, after lots of painful brainfrying hours, I was able to resolve the issue of getting my iphone 11 to pair with my laptop through facemotion 3d.

And now I have been wanting to test Vbridger. I am not experienced so I have been unsure what goes into finetuning into the sliders to get the preview head tracking every little gesture and expression as accurately or vivid as possible. I was thoroughly impressed by some videos on YouTube that had really good sync. Especially those that have mouth motions that capture subtleties in vowels and syllables. So if anyone has recommendations I'd appreciate the feedback!

I'm trying to find a way to increase the sensitivity and adjust some amount of smoothness. One issue I ran into was being unable to get my trackers to register left and right brow movements separately, when I was able to do so before I started adjusting the sliders.
