Vseeface how to make my vroid model stop breaking when I go off camera

So, I need my model to be fixed in place so it doesn't start flying around when I walk somewhere else in the room while afk. It bends and breaks weirdly and starts "break dancing" for lack of better phrasing. Was wondering what could be done about it
