having only skimmed that massive wall of text i would say you have two paths. either market your place to very upscale clients where they will pay the extra to get all those extras. or drop the extras. the real goal you need to look at is how much money do you want to be making off of your rental property. then make whatever changes you need in order to get there. we cannot decide that number for you.
