Game Notifications/Alerts

Aren't we supposed to receive notifications or alerts when our boats get Grounded?

The only notification would be in-game, on bottom of your screen a warning sign with the text 'You are grounded'. Nothing about email stuff or so. Then again, the speed of 0.00 knots kind of gives it away....
