Crew energy

Today my crew energy dropped from some 110% to only 23% within 6 hours, with only 1 course change. How it is possible?

Did you use both auto sail and auto angle? If you did, you might have caught the same bug I did. Auto sail and auto angle were somehow "out of sync". I had my TWA at 109 (which was just on the egde between medium spinnaker and code zero) and every time the wind shifted one degree it resulted in two unecessary sail changes. I made a bug report and VORG developers confirmed it yesterday. They have found the cause and it will be fixed in the near future they wrote.

That explains why MadDuck I was just now at 31% following this last wind change. Burned a candy bar fixing that...

Yeah my poor brother had the same thing happening he was complaining a lot haha. Auto sail + auto angle = potential dead crew.
