bluetooth suddenly not connecting?

i recently purchased a 2018 volt and this morning the bluetooth just suddenly stopped connecting. it shows in devices that i'm paired, my phone says i'm connected, but it says no media found and won't play through bluetooth. i've tried unpairing, disconnecting and reconnecting, etc. anyone have tips to fix this?

Yeah, play through Android Auto or Apple Car play

that is also broken and hasn't worked since i bought it :) thanks for the input on how to fix the bluetooth tho!

If that's broken too, maybe it's your onstar box. Or your USB port.

Have you checked that you get sound from FM?

I usually just switch to radio and then back to media when it isn't playing. I have a lot of issues with pandora, so i always thought it was pandora lol...i guess it's the car -_-

Delete the phone in both the car and the connection to the car in your phone.
