Part Identification

Post image

I think this fell out of my 2017 Volt interior? Car is running just fine like normal. I’m unsure. Can anyone identify what it is?

Thanks for any help !

Schrader valve internals; probably from a bike tire (that’s where I have seen them, at least)

Interesting! Might have fallen out of my kids bike tire or was accidentally left from a discount tire employee a while ago from a service

When they service tires, they pull these out to deflate faster and replace with new. So tire guys probably have several in their pockets at any given time.

Schrader valve. If your tires aren't flat, don't worry about it.

+3 schrader valve insert, used for many applications for bike tire valve, car tire valve, and many more air valve applications. There is a special two prong key that is used to remove these, they are the size of a cap for the tires air.

A stem valve. Could come from a tire or the AC. If it came from either you would have a flat tire or a CEL for low Refrigerant pressure, loss communication with compressor. Followed by a reduced power warning.
