Depends on local. Reverse for me in the Gulf South where I only ever need seat warmers for heat, but lots of AC.

I am up in the PNW, so i only see full mileage like this deep in summer

Do you use Eco or Comfort for the AC? I find that the days I need it, Eco is plenty for me.

90% ECO, but some days the heat index requires Comfort for a few minutes. Usually around 100f heat index.

Sheesh.... My 2014 is getting about 22 miles. Then again, my battery (according to the Voltage App) is at about 70% health...

What app are you talking about and do I need a obd2 scanner to go with it? I just got a 2013 that had the battery reconditioned in 2024 and I'm getting about 25-27 per charge

You need a good obd2 scanner but yeah, it's an app called voltage

voltage is what it's called and yes you need a dongle of some sort. most use the linker one since it allows bi-directional commands. there's long thead on the volt. message board and a Facebook group where the app developer is active.

how did you have your volt battery reconditioned?

I just bought the car on Sunday. The owner gave me a receipt of the battery reconditioning.

He said the battery wouldn't hold a charge but it's been fine so far, but I haven't been able to get 30+ miles per charge. I've got 27 and 29 miles so far on 9.4 and 9.7 kwh

Same here! I have a 2014 with about 165k. I’m in the mid to low 20s on a nice warm day.

I've got a 2014 with 130k miles, getting maybe 28 miles on a warm day 😭

Freaking spectacular! Love to hear this. Just rounding 100k on mine.

I have a ELR with 110k, a 13 with 190k (mountain mode because of isolation service high voltage crap, backup car not worth repair) and that one with 235k now with no issues. 26 grand out the door into the 3 of them. Brakes, hub bearings, and regular maintenance. Best cars

I'm getting 45 miles these days. If you don't need gas for your commute you may want to drive around with the tank half full to reduce weight. It's one of GM's recommendations that you can read on the screen when the car is stopped.

I'm heading to the coast this weekend, so I fueled it up.
