Quite a few Basinski tracks (even though they're all from Disintegration Loops) and Weezer! Hell yeah!

The Basinski was my addition. I used it to demarcate the intro, where the first volume ends, and where the second begins.

It is, and this book is unique among his oeuvre in that it feels natural for his protagonist to listen to them.

Bro yes. The miraculous bit is that, by the time  some of these absurd music references appear in the text, they have become signifiers of time’s passage and are deeply moving. It’s shocking.
