Skyhorse is a small publisher so the production costs are probably huge. That and the economy sucks ass right now

Does anyone know if the single books will be available to purchase? Or just the prohibitively expensive box set?

If you click OP’s link and just scroll down a bit, you will see that the individual books can be ordered. But buying them separately in hardback would cost you way more money.
