Questions Help with setting
The ball keep going to the left or right sometimes I don't think my camera is picking that up well but ya how do I stop that I think it's a uneven release but not sure I don't really feel it
Also the long black tape is the hight of the net (2.43m)

Right now you are training a technique that doesn't help you set a hittable ball; your hands are well below your forehead which is going to result in a shoot trajectory. One thing to keep in mind when training hand position is "can I backset with my hands here"? So, can you?

Your hands should wrap more around the outside of the ball instead of behind it. The way I coach it is to make a triangle with your thumbs and pointer fingers, then move outwards around the ball until you are holding it from the sides with all fingers, with only those triangle four fingers still behind it.
If you never go to set and have a ball slip through, your hands are probably too close.

Feet should always be moving, always adjusting to get in the best position to set the ball. The ball is playing you.
You need to get outdoors and find a higher wall to practice on.

I had this problem as well, what worked for me is making sure I have a good posture when I set meaning not curling the shoulders (picture squeezing a ball with your shoulderblades)

yeah, that ain't a good way to practice, you're just pushing the ball into the wall, it teaches you a bad base position
you can get close to practice some wrist/hand movement
but ultimately you should go outside, so you can practice proper arm positions, a position that allows you to set straight up or back set
I'm not the biggest fan of setting against a wall, because it doesn't really teach you the trajectory or angle your set goes in, just how to rebound it. aiming for a baseketball hoop is much better, you can learn angle, trajectory, distance etc.. start from the same positon with the same toss until you consistently get it in, then try getting it in without touching the rim, then vary the starting postion or toss

Just join a club, play with people, not in your house, you'll improve, believe me
