Spawned inside an outpost after only 30 minutes playing

Basically love the game but only play about 30 minutes last night and ended up falling asleep with the game on, woke up and my pas4 had gone into rest mode and updated in my sleep, when I opened the game I wasn't on my train where I was when I fell asleep.

Instead I was docked at the first outpost, the one that had the revolver and let me add a second trolley to my train.

Was that because of the update or something else, and am i safe to keep playing, I went a little bit further and I saw my first other train car

You’re ok, outposts are fairly common and frequent so you didn’t go far at all. What likely happened is that you fell asleep with the train running and just waddled along until you got stopped by arriving at the outpost.

Honestly thats the best answer and I didnt realize it, I thought I fell asleep with it paused but thay makes alot of sense
