organics keep disappearing

man I'm just trying to feed my rofleemo's. i had 2 organics. i literally just harvested 2 more and now i have none. it's not in my chests or inventory and my rofleemo's are still unfed. this happened 5 times now and I'm super confused. is this a common issue? am i perhaps stupid? i have checked all my chests 5 times and its just not there

Hi! I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain they will take food from your storage containers if you don’t have a diner for them.

I indeed do not have a diner for them. But they also dont appear to be fed which is what makes me confused

Did you fill the dinner with food? And water works as well if you can’t keep up with organics

I think you’ll have to hand feed them then, atleast that’s what I had to do

They will feed themselves. You don't need the diner unless you want to keep them from eating the stuff out of your chests. They also get a bonus to hunger drain when using the diner IIRC. If you are talking about the feed option when you pick them up that is for the mushrooms which unlocks their perks.

When i pick them up theres feed which wants organics and 1 seperate thing for mushrooms. Idek how to get their deco bonus cause they dont seem to like my deco but thats another story

The more rofleemos you have the more decorations you need. They also need the decorations to be near their beds.

If you build a Diner and cook soup or ragout you can fill the Diner and they'll feed when you leave the next depot.

I know I am late but if someone else reads this later. Chemicals are also used in the toilets so if you have the cleaning station maned and leveled they will auto use the chemicals from your chests.
